I worked with Chloe of Skeleton Key Photography for the Holiday/Winter Line and we got together for a special shoot at ReBar in New Jersey. Was stoked to have model/mua Amanda Grande strike a pose and she's like a combo of Angelina and Kat Dennings. We also had friends come out to provide background support and it turned into one big party. All clothing Sibyl Vain.

Sibyl Vain at The SFX Party

The whole group! Me and all the lovely models that rocked the new collection at The SFX Party in NYC at R Bar. So gorgeous.
(left to right) Belinda, Erin Poland, Gigi Rose, Melissa Saurus Wrecks, Me, Angelana Jones, Mika Kenyah, Katrina RM and Niazja Blessed
And if you want more info on these gorgeous ladies, check out the fanpage and links are all around.

Above photos are by Mark Williams and the following were taken by the crazy Falling Down on the Random.
What also blew me away for the night was the stellar make-up by DiscoMakeupAire and...OMG. Amelia of A is for Arsenic did the most amazing pin-up hair and lent out jewelry for the night. STUNNING!
It was such a party and everyone had so much fun. It was probably the smoothest shows I've done. Usually I'm running around and going nuts, but this one ran like clockwork. Which made me a little nervous something bad was going to happen, but I think the worst was that I went home before 2am.

Nattestid and Gil Rivera
So how could anything go wrong? Well...they didn't. Except for being in a cold studio because I complain about everything, some incredible shots came from this.
You can check out more images on my website or Facebook. Like the fanpage and you'll see lots more images even before I post them here!

Cynical Fashion Magazine Issue #1

I've worked quite a bit with mua Brittany Diaz and her main photographer, Madness Photography. They have been turning out images like crazy and doing big things, so it's only natural a magazine would follow.
Cynical Fashion Magazine will be released April 1st and I was so flattered to be asked to provide wardrobe for their first cover and for an editorial. Even more stoked that the featured model would be Allison Goldfire. Whoa.
Make sure you check it out and for more updates, add the Sibyl Vain Facebook

Tattoo Glamour
Here's a couple images from a shoot I provided some wardrobe on. Orchestrated by make-up extraordinaire, Brittany Diaz and photographer Madness Photography, the shoot was going to be on the glam side of things.
The make up was to die for and Chazy of Madness Photography captured the models beautifully. The girls were Jinxi Jey, Karma Kitty Mariko and Tina HeartThrob and oh yes...there was a male model on hand - J Michael Kent - but you have to go to Madness's site to see how he fell into the story.
Pretty and badass? Quite so.

Ab Fab!
Towards the end of the summer I had been asked by mua Brittany Diaz to be on set for a shoot with British photographer, Jon Russell Green.
We had done two days of shooting - the first was kind of crazy, but these really fun laundromat explosion images came from it. Our model for this set was Lauren, who is absolutely gorgeous!
The second day, we shot at a bubble tea shop called Something Sweet and I overdosed on bubble tea and cupcakes. Our models on day two were Heather Ann and BlackLite Bonnie. So great working with these girls.
The models looked so sweet and cute in the shop and then we edged them out for outside shots. What's awesome is the flag mural we shot against was seen in one episode of VH1's Big Ang when they took aeial shots of Staten Island. We kept joking how they should channel the ladies of 'Ab Fab.'
Here's some of the photos from this shoot and I have more on the website. All clothing is Sibyl Vain. Yay!

December Latte Diaries #1
I have been an eggnog chai fiend! Last week, I was the costumer for this amazing off-Broadway production of the Identity Theater Company, 'The Boys Next Door,' which ran at The Drilling Company Theater in NYC. It was SO much fun and the actors involved are just absolutely amazing. So amazing that the play is extended for four more shows December 12th - 15th!
There's been a lot going on and I'm trying to regroup and rebrand. On the non-fashion side of my life, November felt like it killed my social life and I just couldn't win. I read there was a Mercury retrograde last month and like to blame my frustrations on that. I'm looking forward to the holiday season and New Year to bring me back closer with friends and family.
A new restaurant I got to try was DBGB Kitchen & Bar down in the Bowery. I got this amazing omelette and hash browns and a French bellini. SO good. My friend and I are planning to go back. Their entire menu looks amazing, but I just want all the brunch items.
I'm trying to get new clothing pieces made and I've been working on a project for a music video, which I'm so stoked on what's been made so far. But I can't reveal just yet! Still have photos to post on here - but there are photoshoot images on my Facebook, so check it out.
And finally...don't forget - Sunday, December 9th, 10am - 5pm in Philadelphia. Check out www.r5productions.com for more info. I'll be selling things super cheap. Come say hi!
